I've recently discovered some interesting podcasts concerning military subjects and history.
The Ridiculous History podcast has a good story about the all women air regiment; the 588th Night Bomber Regiment. It's pretty light on details, but overall led me to do more research about the unit itself.
The Revisionist History by Malcolm Gladwell has some good podcasts that may leave you wondering. Especially episodes 3 and 4 in season 3 where he talks about memories. Episode three reveals a character in their own right named Larry Adler, the worlds' greatest harmonica player.
