I'm having some trouble forcing the return of loaned air units now in the USSR force pool, and I'm wondering if it's something I'm doing wrong, a bug, or something not yet implemented.
According to the manual, in order to return a unit:

During production the source major power can reverse this process if the striped aircraft is in either his force or reserve pools. He does that by demanding the return of a loaned unit in the following fashion (as shown in figure 8.7.2.24.C):
1. Click on the flag of the major power to which the unit has been lent.
2. Find the striped aircraft that you want returned and click on it.
3. Click on the flag of the source country.
4. Find the non-striped source unit and click on it.
5. Click the Demand Return button at the bottom of the form.
6. The striped unit is returned to the lend lease pool and is labeled ‘Avail’. The non-striped source unit is returned to the source major power’s force pool.
However, when I click on the striped unit I want returned in step 2, nothing happens. Nor does anything happen when I try to skip ahead to step 4.
