People, even though there may be a few of us in the chat room at any given moment, we are not staring at the chat window all the time.
And because some kiddies have an obsession with audio emoticons at least I keep always audio off. Thus we don't necessarily hear that 'Welcome' when someone pops in.
So, do try to be patient and don't expect to get an answer for all of Your worries within 30 seconds after You log in.
