I'll start, although I don't have any feedback on the Soviets yet (my Axis games are testing an anti-US strategy).

China: Still gets crushed no matter what. I don't think there were any changes in 1.03? I'm almost feeling a strange anti-China bias. Anyway the campaign in China goes completely ahistorical in every game with a complete Chinese collapse.

North Africa: Really like the supply changes here. Feels very historical.

against the AI? The AI is too aggressive in defense and hurts themselves IMO. It is a kind of "Not one step further!" and get the units killed until the house of cards falls. China is a prime example because it is very choke point. I don't bother to follow up a hex where I have 3+ units adjacent because the AI will be dumb enough to jump in and get wiped out. I guess I shouldn't do that [:-]
