Congratulations on getting it out the door. It's been a long time coming, but well worth the wait .
After having played two battles of the long campaign (Sept-39 as Germans initial battle) against the Poles, you'll forgive me while I collect my jaw off the floor . The changes to the game are quite striking, but none quite so to my mind as those to the infantry.
Unlike SP2 & 3 where infantry was often a tacked on addition to my forces (something perhaps to soak up fire), in this one, they've carried the day in both battles I've fought so far (well, that and the set of 3 bunkers in the defend mission ). The quicker speed of the infantry is most welcome (at last it doesn't take three hours for them to reach the battle on foot), as is the speed and stealth of the recon troops.
It's the first SP where I've contemplated playing an all infantry force (all foot/towed support weapons) in a campaign, which for me says something .
Once again, congratulations on a damn fine effort .
