Arkham -> Optimal fighter heights (8/6/2019 10:16:56 PM)

Is there a way to figure out in game what the optimal height for fighters are, so I can plan accordingly? IE, what is the best altitude to escort with P38H & p38J?

If you have the "unofficial" data editor you can visualize the performance vs altitude for each aircraft. Here are the altitude increments (x-axis) in 1000 ft.: 5,9,13,17,20,23,26,29,32,35,38,41,45.

I would like to add this visualization to the UI but it's not a top priority yet...

I dont, the link has expired. Anyone have an updated link?

Whatever you do, DO NOT load the shown data in to your game. It will well and truly screw you up. Just import the game data, make whatever changes you want, then export it back. Have fun!

There is one extra column of height. Is that 0 altitude?

yes, basically the first one is 0-5000, then 5000-9000, etc.
