SuluSea -> China Troops (8/7/2019 9:56:46 PM)

Hi all, I'm finishing up a document I use for Allied China Theater defense.

It's an updated version of a group of documents and images (that I lost) I once used to visualize &
help me get a better feel.

I have a few tips to add for my own memory but here's a sample what it looks like at this point.

I left the right columns blank for notes if needed.

If the information helps someone as much as it's helped me in the past that's great.

It looks nice and it would be very useful if the HQs gave more benefits to units under its command that were in its command radius.

I did something similar, but also made a note against the Chinese Corps that can receive US equipment.
They are priority 1,2 and 3 for taking replacements and form the core of the future offensive force.

I like your thoughts jdsrae

It's been a long time since I've played but going from memory here's what I wrote down.

Be stingy with my supply in China during the early part of the war.

This is probably standard things for most but the newer player may benefit.

Build forts at bases you hope to be able to defend.

I buy out 5th & 6th Chinese Corps and send them into India.

Chinese Artillery is only used in good defensive hexes/defendable positions.

Since bombing won't be an emphasis from the Chinese side (guessing 70%) of the 'free' pilots go the fighter rosters for training.

Smallish infantry types get broken into 3 parts and put into the bush with the hope of seeing 'whack a mole' or
having one of my bypassed units sit on a road or trail.

Thanks for the contributions guys!

Don't forget to buy out the air units as well.
