I finally found both of them on a really really old website where someone went to the trouble of searching through the web for TOAW scenarios and he found close to a thousand of them I'm guessing. He has bundled them up into categories of time periods or major theme, etc. It's a jumble. At any rate, I'm downloading the particular bundles that contain the scenarios you desire, I need another 30 seconds for the downloads to complete. I'm going to extract the scenarios you want from the bundles and then zip them both up into a zip file and attach it to this post. You're welcome.

Here's the website where I found them. Look around for some more gems.

ps keep in mind that these are really really old scenarios and were written back when steam was king.

Thank you Larry!
I was pretty sure it would be you with the answer. Have you tried Fortress Stalingrad?

I have not as a matter of fact. It's title implies a good scenario subject though and
I'll play almost any scenario once.

It covers the collapse of the 6th army at Stalingrad. I opened it in the editor/ saved/ then opened in the game. It said I don't have the right equipment file even though all the equipment loaded into the counters looks right. Russian stuff on the Russian side and German stuff on the German at least.
I will play it out head to head for a few turns and see how it does. It had high ratings at the old Blitz wargaming club site.
The German player can withdraw from Stalingrad if he/she chooses to try and reach Manstein (Which should be entering as reinforcement later). Or stay as ordered. The victory points look set up so its possible to earn a draw as the Axis player just by managing to stay coherent and not get annihilated.
I'll get familiar with it and get back to you.

Tactics Blue looks fun too. Red side and Blue side are evenly matched on a medium sized map split down the middle by Super river. The first to a hundred victory points is insta-win. Otherwise, its like TOAW speed chess for 20 turns. The most points at the end wins. Not very big but fun. Should be able to do a turn a day on that one.
