Estimated time to target is 27 minutes [image]local://upfiles/13774/58B762A3BAF4477DB17BB7D7CDC5062B.jpg[/image] Japanese aircraft A6M2 Zero x 78 G4M1 Betty x 21 Allied aircraft H81-A3 x 4 Fulmar II x 17 Sea Hurricane Ib x 3 Martlet II x 25 Japanese aircraft losses A6M2 Zero: 4 destroyed G4M1 Betty: 3 destroyed, 6 damaged G4M1 Betty: 2 destroyed by flak Allied aircraft losses Fulmar II: 2 destroyed Sea Hurricane Ib: 1 destroyed Martlet II: 4 destroyed Allied Ships CL Enterprise BB Ramillies, Torpedo hits 4, on fire, heavy damage CV Indomitable BB Resolution CV Illustrious and here's the real action... we spotted a convoy NW of Port Blair and I wasn't sure what it really was... this turn we spot three task forces including several British carriers and BBs... first message was as usual as 35 Betties failed to find the target... GRRRRRRRRRRRR... [:@] 21 Betties with literally all of my available escorts find the quite huge armada and attack several ships in light rain... we outnumbered the CAP but still a couple of fighters engaged the bombers downing five of them so I didn't expect a lot and it was a total surprise to see four Betties attacking Ramillies and ALL of them hitting the BB!!! BANZAI!!! [&o] the rest of the bombers all missed, pretty much as expected... 35 more Betties could have been quite funny... so this is quite a big operation to either reinforce or evacuate Port Blair I guess and... I'd bet it's evacuation time as Port Blair didn't do him any good, it's the British equivalent to Rabaul so far... two RN CVs were spotted but there must be a third one when I look at the enemy fighters on CAP but that CAP isn't really competitive actually... should be interesting turns to come and the start was quite good already as I don't expect Ramillies to survive four torps... I wonder if these attacks today will make Ed retreating but I guess he will press on as he did in the past so we might get another chance to score some hits... his British CV can't cover his convoys vs my air attacks at all, they just don't carry enough fighters and the ones on the ships at this stage of the war aren't really competitive even against Zeroes... will be interesting what happens tomorrow...
