The Matrix tech experts used to do that for us but I haven't seen it in a long time. That may have ended with their ceasing to support the game.
But just in case I am wrong, try contacting Bill Olson (forum name wdolson IIRC) by Private Message. He might be able to refer it to a technician.
You will need to send the last game save files if you do get someone to help you.
