The issue can be related to the integrated Intel graphics cards. To fix this, please try the following: 1. Download the last Nvidia drivers. Windows 7/8 64-bit: https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.aspx/141904/en-us Windows 10 64-bit: https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.aspx/152009/en-us 2. When updating the drivers, please tick the "Perform a clean installation" box. 3. Set the Nvidia GPU as the preferred graphic processor for the game. You can do this via the Nvidia Control Panel.
