I understand that a port level = supply level = 20 logistics stockpile, correct?

If an enemy interception of a port supply happens then that will reduce the stockpile 20 per level of reduction.

Since 1 is the minimum port level, there will always be 20 logistics in the stockpile able to support a 20 strength unit <= 10 hexes away, correct?

Is there anyway for a naval group/fleet to make a delivery(run the blockade) of additional logistics through use of escorted transports to a port thereby increasing its stockpile, of course subject to interception?

How about an air transport delivery like what happened in Tunisia?

You know what, I think I get it! This is where supply trucks come in. 3 trucks to supply a 30 strength unit, raises its(unit) map supply level to 3, so no adverse effects for 2 more turns after applying the supply truck feature(if unit is in 0 supply).

So how many supply trucks are needed for the HQ application? If an HQ is influencing 100 strength worth of units, then it will consume 10 supply trucks?

Any port in supply has a map level of 9 supply.
Each port size delivers 20 supply stockpile.
Units generally take one supply stockpile per health + oil dependent additions + distance additions.

If a unit is short of stockpile to fill it then it gets the base + the fraction.

If there is no supply stockpule half of the base.

A naval unit reduces effectively the port size.

When the port size is one then the fleet reduces the remaining stockpile.
