Worg64 -> France, Vichy surrender bugg (10/29/2019 2:25:37 AM) I just started a new game as Axis and this time when I took Paris and got the surrender offer there wasnt any Vichy. France just gave it all up, All become Germany including all minor in north africa. Is this a bugg or based on the losses they took?
