Hi, why my destroyer cant fight with submarine? When i take order i see Valid Path. Why? In my game i can fight with submarine only with aircraft. I see unkown sumbarine in inteligence raport. And next question why i can move enemy army when i finish turn and i can see all army. I have new patch and this is singleplayer campaing.

Move your DDs next to the sub, sometimes the battle ensues, sometimes not. I believe there's a possibility that any naval group can engage given the right circumstances if they are adjacent to the sub group.
Now, what those circumstances are, I don't have a clue!

Subs that are attacking convoy lines are first of all controlled by buying escort ships and placing them in the sea areas(On the specifik page for convoys not on the map). The more escorts you have in a area the higher chance subs are detected and sunk. This happends outside the normal fleet/sub move and in between turns. Since you seldom will have enough escorts to cover all convoy routes this wil be a cat and mouse affair where you need to outguess your opponent where he will strike.
As for normal fleet battle, It is about finding the fleet/sub, Carriers can do some from some distance I belive, not sure. Other ships mainly DD ships can attack placed bseide the subs and a battle might evelope if you manage to find the subs by spotting if I understand it correctly.
Also a fleet at sea can intercept transport and invasions the closer to target hex the better chance. This might work as well for air units.

For a sub to be attacked by a surface group that sub needs to be next to a coastal or land hex. If it is out in the ocean surrounded by ocean only planes and CVs can attack it.
Much easier for a plane to spot a sub than a ship to chase it down in the middle of the Atlantic.
