shapelord -> Vichy question (10/30/2019 8:23:48 PM) I defeated France in august 40 (my bad [:(]): next turn i clicked on "negotiate surrender with France" and i got the entire France, no opportunity to create Vichy regime. Is it a bug or i overlooked some documentation?
