comsolut -> 1941 and Italy still at peace with Allies (11/2/2019 10:01:36 PM)
May 21 1941. France surrendered in 1940, Italy never joined in the attack on France or declared war on France. Italy did declare war against Yugo and Greece after France fell. Now Germany declares war on Russia but Italy still at peace with Britain and Russia. WAD??
I like the flexibility and tempted to leave Italy in this quasi-neutral state. But feels off.

Once you take Paris as the German's, Italy can then go to war with France. You have control over Italy going to war when Paris falls. Before that you can move units and other actions, but you control Italy's going to war once Paris falls. I did the same thing my first game, wondering why Italy wasn't going to war.

This should be fixed in the latest patch where Italy goes to war with the UK also.
