dyrn -> 3.0.4 Embarking in port problem (11/10/2019 6:44:38 PM)

When embarking units in port - loading on TRS - the units loaded does not show in the rooster along with the TRS although the text states that the unit is loaded. Then, when reaching the debarkation to port step it turns out the unit is not embarked after all. As far as I can tell embarkation is done properly. Anyone encountered this problem too.

When looking at the units, which form do you use?

If you load a unit in port, move it somewhere, and then cancel the move, the transport and unit are returned to their starting port and the unit is unloaded.

I use the fly out and right-click the TRS in port - choose load and pick the unit to load from the load unit form. Then I move the TRS to sea. When checking the units at sea form the loaded unit do not show. However, the text beneath the TRS states that the unit is loaded. When debarking at sea into port or HQ on seaside hex the unit is not loaded anyway.

Weird.[&:] Do you have a saved game that I can use to reproduce this problem? I haven't seen it occur elsewhere.

It usually works for me, but I move the TRS immediately after I load it.

I've seen this behavior too - that's why I move it right away. If you move another unit in between the loading and the moving, it may drop the unit. I haven't explored this in detail... I've seen it less when using the Naval screen instead of the flyout.
