aspqrz02 -> Magical Channel Crossing (11/13/2019 12:58:46 AM)

In the 1940 scenario I split off a division from the Corps in Dover, which appeared in the hex NW of that port ... then I went and split off a second Division ... and it appeared on the other side of the English Channel in the hex NE of Calais!

Magical sealift capacity? Bug? WAD?

Phil McGregor

Thanks I'll check it out.

I had a different problem in the 1939 scenario with teleporting units.

A German Corp landed in Harwich. The next turn it captured Liverpool and Cardiff (12 hexes through terrain I controlled, with a couple of my units with ZOC in the way).

I've had a couple of similar instances in Russia where I've cut all possible rail links yet he's magically moved units great distances through my terrain. In these cases the teleporting units were Russian.

Is this the A.I. or a human player?

Did you see the enemy action movement lines?

AI game, the AI was doing the teleporting.

Yes, it had the pink movement arrows, that's how I knew it was that unit, not say another corp making a new landing. Sorry, I don't have a screen shot.

Email the save to me so I can look. So it invaded England then teleported you say. If you have the previous turn it would be great. Remember there is a rail/road there that takes away terrain costs.

Sorry, I'm about a year further on now in that game, so no save.

I fixed it anyways
