Not sure if this is a pre-existing issue from CMANO or not, but when you select the "Restart Scenario" option from the "Scoring" screen in campaign play, upon loading back into the beginning of the scenario it resets you to standalone play. I was wondering why I couldn't progress from mission 3 in the Silent Service campaign even though I had passed the score requirements. This seems reliably reproducible, at least in the Silent Service campaign.
There's an easy work around, which is to just reload the save from the start of the mission, but this seems like this has the potential to be very confusing and frustrating to people who don't know about the issue.
