Every time the RV hits a target it's throwing a "Weapon issue" tag in the Message Log. Not (insert name of weapon) has malfunctioned, not that it missed, it clearly says it impacted but then does no damage and throws "Weapon Issue". Attached is the scenario in question, several Hades RVs are already in flight so one just needs to run it for a minute or two to examine what happens when it impact on their end.
