Vici Supreme -> [RESOLVED] Unable to access own CMANO scenario in CMO. (11/17/2019 12:09:04 PM)

I'm attempting to load a custom CMANO scenario of mine in CMO. Unfortunately I'm unable to progress beyond the briefing screen. As soon as I click on the Enter scenario button in the lower left portion of the briefing window, the game freezes and after 20-30 seconds the game exits to the desktop without any error notification.

Thanks, logged! We'll take a look.

Yeah, tested myself.
Downloaded scenario is DB3K 478. Loads in CMANO editor just fine.
CMO editor it initially loads to the first orders screen, but after Enter Scenario it crashed to desktop.

I have a suspicion that the high number of vertices in the exclusion zone is triggering an error in the geometry code.

Can you simplify that polygon and give it another try ?

Dimitris,

I just ran a quick test and the high resolution no-navigation zones indeed seem to be the problem. I removed all no-nav zones in CMANO, exported the file to my CMO folder and was able to open and upgrade the scenario. I didn't think these would be a problem because I can run other scenarios with high vertex counts. But I'm glad this particular scenario is up and running again, thanks for looking into it!

Thank you!
