Hello,

I'm getting a new PC and wanted to ask on what will help this simulation run its best. I'm looking for good, better and best hardware recommendations for the larger scenarios.

Thanks,

Steve

Just started using my new ASUS yesterday and am quite happy so far. Command plays well on it. Nice mid price machine (don't blow it for me guys [:D]!)

If your looking at a laptop, check reviews for thermal performance. It can have the top CPU and GPU, but if its heating up enough to kick in thermal throttling, you might as well save money and buy a lower rated system. You can usually just google the name of the PC and find reviews on that. I have had good luck with MSI and very good luck with Lenovo Legions.

The best advice imo is to not get greedy and get top of the line hardware all around. If you get a PC with only just a good CPU you'll just bottleneck it.
Are you building one you'reself?
Get latest i7-intel CPU, i'd advice 4 or 6 cores at least 4Ghz. A decent videocard, gforce is best by far imo, wich one depends on what else you play. If it's just CMO then go for a gtx 1070 or a rtx2060.
Lots and fast DDR4 ram. when choosing ram, it's speed and latency is very important.
Get plenty of SSD space or make sure you can expand later.
It's expesive like that but futureproof, my PC is 3 years old and i'm still running latest software and games without breaking a sweat.

My wife and I bought a mediocre laptop 1 and a half years ago, i'm allready thinking about buying a new one.
