Is it possible to reform infantry army corps after they have been divided into divisions?

armies split into 2 smaller armies. You can merge them
30 max strength are large armies 15 max strength are small armies


Corps detach a division and divisions can form into corps.
A division must be the selected unit to merge with another division or small corps.
