just for one who has had issues, as proof and easy of install on the latest version of windows, clean install, not a update from previous version of any windows etc,

Language: English (Regional Setting: English)
User DPI Setting: 120 DPI (125 percent)
System DPI Setting: 144 DPI (150 percent)
