You're going to have to bump up AI experience and supply (effectiveness) to get any kind of historical attack. I recommend going max for both of those, against the AI. it doesn't just cause increase in experience and supply, it changes the way the AI acts because of the increased experience and supply.

Yeah, on max settings you will get something like a historical result in France. Otherwise the AI gets bogged down too easily. This little Denmark caper would not work against a human, imo. I would be going to town on the RN. You also stand a good chance of losing the corps against a human, which isn't something the British can afford early on. In PBEM play as the allies I'd always let the Germans take Denmark, it just isn't worth contesting. Ditto Norway.

@gwgardner @flaviusx I am actually in May 1941 and the Germans are having a tough time. The only other time I tried this the Axis went wild after the fall of France. They attacked Spain and Yugoslavia and sent panzers to North Africa. I can see the Germans are suffering from a lack of "Will"! Chuck

Looks crippling to me, Axis need to be closer to 2:1 rather than 2:3 ! Unless that is you want to beat them without Stalin...

@tyronec Yes, I am playing the July 18th, 1941 turn. The Germans are beginning to have some success, but it is so late in the day. Still I want to learn the paths in North Africa, and see what the Germans do in Spain and the Balkans. Chuck
