epower -> Launcher crashing after update - SOLVED (12/13/2019 3:26:14 PM)

Latest Edit - Checked my Windows Updates and 2 were pending, including a .NET update. After updating everything works again. Huzzah!

Game was happily working now the launcher crashes immediately after opening.
Did a full Steam reinstall and same situation persists.
I also tried starting the game from the .exe and this brought up the launcher which immediately crashed.
Please help!
