Yes, I know I should contact the Helpdesk, but I already have, it has been 20 hours, and the issue has not been resolved. In addition, the only communication I have received has been an automated reply via email. It's really a simple matter. When I selected the country in my shipping address for my order, I apparently selected Guam USA instead of just USA (for United States of America). Now I just want to make sure the address is corrected before my order is shipped. Would someone who knows how to do so please rattle the helpdesk's cage?
