Looking for a few new or returning players for pbem play. Have openings in a couple of ongoing games, as well as a new one forming up.
The latest beta patches have solved many of the previous bugs.

I would like to encourage players to try a game using the v1.23.04 beta, warts and all. I realize there are still a few game play bugs, but I need game reports and good saves to find and fix the remaining bugs. I think the sim dip lock up issue is fixed. I thought the AI switching issue was fixed, but if it pops up again I will track it down and fix it. There seems to be a few issues with minor corps and combats, and again if I can get good saves then I will track down the problems and fix them.

I do not have any playtesters for betas, so anything Maple Leaf and others can do to find and report issues to me the better. The goal here is to fix these remaining game bugs and proceed toward a stable playable official update patch in the spring. Finally. And we're close. Let's press onward.

I available to play EIA ( version 1.2202)
I am a experience player on EIA tabletop version not so on the Matrix Version, but the diferences are minimal.

I am in Lisbon ( GMT )

I played EiA back in the 20th Century. Great game. I bought the EiA computer game many years ago, but remember it was too buggy. I consider I did it for the cause and figured there would be enough fanatics out there to eventually get a playable version. Are you suggesting this game is now actually playable? If so, I would definitely consider joining a pbem game. I guess the old installation key is hidden somewhere in my mailbox

I think the version 1.23.05 it's a lot more stable than the 1.10.xx that I played some years ago. The version 1.10 was unplayable
Now I start to play with Spain. All the interations with the game went well , so far.
If you want I can send you some feedback.

v1.23.05 is still in beta and not quite as stable as I'd like. I just sent update #13 (13!!) to MapleLeaf for his pbem groups to test out. This has been quite a saga over the past 2 months, like squeezing jello. Little issues with either supply or sieges or field combats have required a fix, and in several cases the fix caused another problem. As soon as v1.23.05 IS stable, I will post it for general use. My hope is that most all gameplay and pbem issues are resolved (finally) and we can focus some on the 1812 scenario issues. Wrap that up and then shoot for an official v1.23.xx patch this spring.

Due to Bill's tireless efforts, this great game just keeps getting better. Our continued pbem play provides him with the kind of feedback that results in the continued improvement that we all benefit from.
I'm looking to start a new pbem game using the classic 1812 scenerio. Need 1-2 more players. Contact me if interested.

Hello Maple Leaf, I represent a group of Gamers that play PBEM style games in a Discord Community. Mostly we play MWIF, but have a few other games running and a few of the guys want to Start an EIA game in there. We "heard" that through Bill's efforts and on-going beta tests, that the Computer version is now working and playable? What we were thinking is if one of you guys in these test games wants to pop on over and help us run a game in our group, it might help the process?
