Will War in the West run properly under Windows-10?

Thanks

Yes! So does WITE.

I have everything but Grigsby's Eagle Day and everything works fine. Fantasy General II doesn't run, but that's an isolated issue. Have fun figuring out the game!

It does for me, without any fiddling about, which is very important.

99% of games run on windows 10 without any alteration or files needed or added, something that need a minor item altering, or adding, or sometimes disabling, apart from that, it's either a hardware or conflict issue with something else loaded or a driver missing or out of date etc,

rule of thumb for windows 10 is, always install as admin and run as admin, and make sure all prerequisites are pre installed and also make sure your version is up to date.

latest version of windows 10 is,

10 Home / Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 18363) (18362.19h1_release.190318-1202)

support helps with any issues, as it's fully supported and tested on as link above shows

oh and forgot to say, a clean install, not a update from a previous build of windows 10 or a previous upgrade from a older version or windows, as that is one of imo the most common of errors for a given game not working, error's taken over from a faulty or poor upgrade,

while windows 10 does a really good and best version of any upgrade process, it doesn't replace a broken or faulty windows anything version, so if your system is or has got errors, a windows upgrade to windows 10 any version may or may not fully fix it, where as a clean install of windows mostly does.

you only need to do a upgrade once on windows 10, then a serial number is no longer needed, from a previous version of windows 7 or 8, or 10 even.

downloading the latest version is free, and simple to use and install on a thumb drive as long as the hardware supports it and the bios is set to boot from it etc etc

Does that latest version support upgrade from older Windows? I've got 2 machines with Win7 and a tablet with Win8.

all version support it

Q. Does 'Windows 10' mean I can only have 10 windows open at 1 time?
A. No, it means you must use Windex to clean it every 10 months or 10,000 windows.
