ORIGINAL: Sieben Since the thread started with spam, whatever happened to that Russian WWI flight simulator, Rise of Flight? I played it and WOFF a lot and thought ROF was superior in flight characteristics and airplane graphics. It didn't look like much on the ground, though, and was developed as an on-line multiplayer game. The sequel of sorts to that is called Flying Circus, it’s a module for the newer version of IL-2 Sturmovik. If you have an account with ROF purchases on it you can even get a discount, or at least I did when I bought it. By the way, IL-2 Sturmovik is really good, though mostly focused on the Eastern Front. They’re gradually working through West front stuff now. I wonder if they will ever hit the same amount of content as Sturmovik 1946, the older sim where you could play an entire career as a pilot in literally every imaginable theater of the war.
