FrankGallagher -> Help with invasions (1/17/2020 3:14:04 AM) On Which hex does weather prevent invasions? Embarkation hex? Destination hex? Sea hexes in between port and beach? I'm trying to invade Norway in March '40, and the beach hex is rain, the sea is heavy rain, but the port is snow. Can't seem to invade, I'm guessing b/c of the port?
