Thanks for the report and I believe none of the sub screens will work with F11 or F12, just the main game play screen. For FRAPS, if there is a way for it to record not just the main game play window, but rather the game play area on your monitor instead, then it should work. The reason for this is the game uses several windows, the main game play window, and then child windows for the PURCHASE screen and so on... so likely FRAPS is not picking those up if you just focus on the game window instead of the game play area on your monitor etc.
