Doing some testing with radars and ESM detection, I'm seeing that while the detecting ESM platforms get an uncertainty zone when they pick up MOBILE emitters they get an immediate precise location for FIXED (Building) emitters that were set to NOT BE Auto-Detected (SA-2 and SA-3 SAM sites). See Save.
