If a country is set to not allow the BUILDING of Corps, either Small or Large, to represent Command and Control and Doctrinal limitations ...
* Can it combine Divisions on the map at start INTO Corps?
* Is there any problem with it HAVING Corps on the Map (which would also emulate C&C and Doctrinal limitations)?'
As far as I can tell, this is possibly the best way to emulate the general ****tiness of early war Allied units ... or those of Minor Countries such as Poland, Yugoslavia and Greece (and, of course, probably Italy, Bulgaria, Romania and Hungary).
