I refer to github Lua Documentation.
Also you can edit A/C Sensor/Weapons Mount(restrictively).
Click Mission Editor -> Unassigned Units -> Just Click List of aircraft
The screen will display the individual aircraft window in the right.
If you want to change A/C Loadouts, You have to get used to editing Lua Codes.
For example MiG-29S armed with R-77(early) missile, needs R-77 loadout and AA-12 Command Datalink.
Load Syrian MiG-29M2 R-77 for Russian MiG-29S
ScenEdit_SetLoadout({UnitName = 'MiG-29S', LoadoutID = 26843, TimeToReady_Minutes = 0(default = database loadout time) [optional], IgnoreMagazines = 1(default = false) [optional], ExcludeOptionalWeapons = 1(default = false) [optional]})
Next it needs to be mounted datalink,

Can be found ID number - DB\Database Component ID Number List\DB3K_442.txt
Now you can see Russian MiG-29S with Vympel R-77, Also can check Quick Turnaround(support quick turnaround variants).
