HalfLifeExpert -> [Fixed] Issues with two Standalone Scenarios. (2/1/2020 7:26:21 PM)

I've encountered issues with two of the Official standalone scenarios.
First, in the scenario "Reinforcement, 1979", there are issues with the grouping of Task Group 76.4. After the scenario runs for a couple seconds, all of the ships detach from the group and I am unable to group all of them back into the group.
Second, in "North Pacific Shootout, 1989", there are issues with the special actions. The action to replay special messages works just fine, but the other two have issues:
First, the action to gain command of the land based F-15s is only partially working. I get an error message which I have captured and put in the attached file named "NPSO Bug 1". After closing the error message, F-15s appear, but there seems to be inconsistency in how many there are. My first attempt 3 appeared at the base, in the second, 4 appeared.
With the Search And Rescue mission, it just does not work at all. When I tried to use it to get a downed airman I kept on getting error messages and the mission would not commence. I took another image that is in the attached file and named "NPSO Bug 2"
