Quick question - Saving MP games before finishing (Full Version)

Zerradio -> Quick question - Saving MP games before finishing (2/4/2020 1:01:23 AM) New MP player. If I am mid-turn and need to step away from the game (briefly or sone time), can I save and return? It appears that process does somewhat same thing as ending turn though my turn is not over? Or must you play through the full turn, then end, in one session?
