The supply in this game is not as easy as in WWI. Right now I'm in Russia and I don't think I built enough extra HQs. What's a good number to have? Another question, when you have an HQ supply chain and there is a difference in rating do you want the higher rating in the back or closer to the front? Thanks for any opinions.

Answer: MORE Max out your Logistics Research. Rommel in the ME. 2HQs in the West. All the rest in the East.
