An infantry corps heads for Frederikshaven. Niels Juel was destroyed (3 thrown) but Peder Skram and the convoy escaped to the UK (10 and 9 thrown). Copenhagen is captured.

In Poland/Germany, German units continue to flee west as far as they can travel.

There is one attack announced. This is a 7:1 no modifiers on Chengchow. I choose assault on behalf of the Chinese as otherwise its automatic.

The Fractionals fails (197 rolled) - although I don't know if that would have made any difference to the odds. The combat throw was a 10 and the Chinese lose the two defenders.

The US are outraged by the barbarity of the Japanese attack and a chit is added (a 2 is thrown)

Yes - I got my .6 and .4 around the wrong way (not for the first time) but its 1 oil expended.

Yes, I noticed. I am generally amazed reading all these AARs how many German players neglect building their new ones until the 2nd half of the year. This game system quite rewards using them - multiple times per turn.
