I have an opponents that sends a plethora of transports loaded with garrisons all over the pacific to spot places to land or ships to destroy. I hope this stops now. It is just too crazy.

Admiral: No soldier, you landlubbers are not debarking as you are going to sacrifice the garrison as you circle jerk the ocean looking for the enemy.
