I just reinstalled this, and set it to 4k res. However, it seems to be displaying 8k because I have only the top left quarter of the UI visible, and can't reach the buttons to set it back to something lower.

There is a windowed/full screen flag and a screen res flag in the default.ini, but so far they seem to do nothing. How can I get back to a working UI so I can play this again?

I was able to fix this by hacking the main UI xml file and moving the options button on screen.

Don't select 3840x2160 even if that's your native monitor res, it will break the game badly.
