I am unable to fix the hexes with white in them. I repaired them last turn under 1.12.03.

I can not move forward or go back and fix them I can rail units to the last fully green hex.

I have seen hexes like this in the Finland area but never south of that until now.

Your rail is disconnected. Fix around Gorlovka-Stalino.

In previous version you could go for a while and produce those disconnected hexes (green with white dots), but now it's impossible (you can't fix rail hex adjacent to repaired hex if they are not directly connected).

Turn of rail repair status, turn off units and see how the rail lines are connected on the map.
