Ron & I are playing the actual historical Canal scenario (12 or 14 maybe) and I'm starting to notice a couple of odd things. First, it seems the pilots who are also squadron leaders bug still exists in this database. I've got Waldron, CO of VT-8, with ratings of 0 for both leadership and inspiration. I know this was fixed for 17, and I'm guessing 19, but still seems to exist for this scenario (Guess not many people play this one....). I've also got a couple of squadrons with oodles of pilots. I know there's that one P400 squadron in scen 17 that starts with 50 odd pilots, but in this game I've got a number of squadrons (all fighter squadrons, no issue with the bombers) with north of 50 pilots. These are original, non messed with, non divided/disbanded/withdrawn etc squadrons. I've also had a Catalina pilot at the start of the game with a zero exp level. Now I'm used to seeing poor quality replacements but I don't think I've ever seen a zero before. Oddly enough, it was SLDR Chapman from one of the Oz Cat groups, the same guy who used to be a 0/0 leader in scen 17 until the database was fixed. He's actually grown in this game from his 0 rating to a 70+ rating (I really expected him to become an OPs loss). Not expecting to see any of this fixed in the near term - it just looks like maybe some of the previous database changes didn't make it across all the scenarios and it needs to be remembered for whenever the next patch comes out.
