When I choose to observe the replay in a PBEM++ the dialog is centered right in the middle of the screen, covering the action I would like to see. Is there a way to move this dialog? Or close it and still see the replay?

there is an invisible "grab" area just above the top edge of the dialog. Just drag the dialog to another spot with your mouse.
