Just started this PBM with my buddy and I have to rescue a broken down Pershing Missile (great idea for a scen by the way)
In the briefing notes it says I get a couple of maintenance reinforcements that will shorten the repair time of the missile but I can't find anything that tells me in terms of game mechanics HOW.

I assume one just parks them in the same hex as the missile but could someone confirm the mechanic? Thanks W

Sorry about that one, Will.

There's no mechanic. At Origins, we use a developer tool to "magic move" the TEL. Players aren't at the keyboard, so it works there.

No biggy Mike, doesn't seem to be much penalty if it gets destroyed or overun either so in essence just a nice bit of fluff?

Right, playing it strictly using the game outcome evaluation, it is fluff. SO, between a couple of human players, you could just use a house rule and say once the maintenance team reaches the TEL, it has to stay there 30, 45, or 60 minutes to do the repair, then make it to the board edge. After the repair, you consider the maint unit to be both it and the TEL. Winning is based on the survival of the TEL before repairs complete and of the main team after.
