Mai Thai -> SPWaW will never die! (7/1/2001 5:20:00 AM)

Hope this could help the Matrix crew I am now running SPWaW 5.03 (downloadable version) on Windows XP beta version 2 and runs, imho, smoother than with every other MS operating systems. The graphics are even brighter. Thanks a lot to you for your job

I don't know about the Matrix crew, Mai Thai, but I appreciate the info - especially since I like to keep the latest OS on my machine and will probably get XP when it releases.

Well, I got Windows 2000 soon as it came, but XP think I'll pass. To me it's too much stuffed with lot of things I don't need and which can cause problems. I don't see why I needed it. But I guess MS will find some good reason for this, I'm sure. :( I run Windows 2000, and only once Spaw has crashed, but I wasn't playing then.

You have a good point. I did try Windows ME (In fact, I had no chioce, it came with my new machine.) but ended up going back to 98 SE. I've been hoping XP will combine the best of 2000, ME, & 98SE. If not I'll pass.

Our pleasure, MT! We are doing our best to keep up with the changing times! One of the purposes of SPWAW was to make it Windows compatible. That is still one of our primary goals. Wild Bill
