Just a reminder to scenario builders. Prior to a few builds back, the ROE WCS(Land) was off for 'Player Edit' due to a defect on scenario load - it wasn't turning it on. This has been fixed so new scenarios allow you to turn this on and have it saved that way. If you are updating any of your scenarios, it might be an idea to just check that the settings are how you want them to be.
