Anyway to enable my user account to log into the forums over there? I have an account (same name as here), but it keeps telling my I do not have access to the site's private area.

In the meantime I suggest re-registering and see if you're at least able to access the forum with 'member accessibility' privileges using another ID.

Does this mean Norbsoftdev is still developing? Or is it just a support site for the existing titles?

It means that the former website crashed because of an update and had to be replaced with a newer, update friendly, version. Last I heard, Norb wasn't developing any new games.
