mikerohan -> [FIXED] Praying Mantis, 1988 - CTD (4/9/2020 6:29:15 PM)

Hi,
I'm getting a crash to desktop when starting "Praying Mantis" and doing this:
- Start new Game: select "Praying Mantins"
- Menu -> Game -> Side Doctrine, EMCON, WRA
- EMCON Settings
- Change Radar to "Passive" -> Select "Yes" to "Enforce obedience on all affected units"
- Game seems to freeze.
- CTD in less than a minute
I have done the same steps with several other official scenarios and it works ok... so it looks like it's related to this particular scenario...
I'm playing with Build 1141.1
