Greetings!

So, I've encountered a weird bug, and I have no idea what is causing it

For context, I'm playing windowed using DxWnd. I'm not mentioning DxWnd because I think it has anything to do with the bug (the game has worked perfectly for months now through DxWnd) but because it's the only way I'm running the game that differs from launching the plain, vanilla game on its own

For some reason, every time I try to play any scenario, from any side, after the first turn is resolved the game automatically registers it as a 'victory' for me; regardless of how many turns are left or what the score is, I get the victory message. Does anyone know what is causing this? Is this a known bug?

Any help would be appreciated! As much as I love feeling like the most awesome Bombing the Reich player on earth, I'd prefer to earn it the honest way [:'(]

I have never heard of this one. I have been playing this game since the old days of USAAF in the mid 1980s. Have you considered uninstalling the game and starting over from scratch?

I'll try it out

Looks like I can play most scenarios without issue; for some reason "Oil Offensive II" still gives me an auto-win if I select the short scenario [&:]

This is obviously a great improvement from where I was - I'm not going to lose sleep if I can't play the one scenario
